This four-star villa sits tucked away on Bang Hwan Road, and you know what struck me immediately? The way those lush green hills roll right up behind the property, creating this perfect backdrop that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a postcard. The two-story design gives it this airy, spacious feel that’s refreshing after staying in cramped hotel rooms elsewhere in Thailand.

The Space & Setting

The villa itself is surprisingly well thought out — I mean, whoever designed this place understood that travelers want both privacy and comfort. Each room feels generous, with high ceilings and windows that frame those hill views perfectly. The pool area became my favorite spot pretty quickly, especially in the late afternoon when the light hits the water just right. What I really appreciated was the parking situation — having your own secure spot right on-site is honestly a game-changer when you’re exploring Kamala Beach and the surrounding areas by car or scooter.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s the thing about Kamala Beach that locals will tell you — it’s got this sweet spot vibe where you’re close enough to the action but far enough away to actually relax. The villa sits about a 10-minute walk from the main beach area, which sounds like a trek but actually works in your favor because you avoid the crowds and noise. I found myself walking down to the beach in the mornings when it was still quiet, then retreating back to the villa’s pool when things got busy. The location really shines for couples — there’s something romantic about having those hills as your backdrop while still being able to hit the beach bars when you want to.

Activities & Amenities

What surprised me most was how well-positioned this place is for water activities. The staff can arrange fishing trips, and the diving and snorkeling spots around Kamala are honestly some of the better ones on this part of the coast — less crowded than Patong but with equally clear water. Back at the villa, the pool becomes the perfect spot to decompress after a day of activities. I spent more time than I’d like to admit just floating there, looking up at those green hills and wondering why I don’t do this more often.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s that rare combination of peaceful setting and practical amenities that actually works. Couples especially seem to get it, and I can see why after spending time here. There’s something about having your own private space with that pool and view that makes it feel special without being pretentious. The villa manages to capture that tropical escape feeling while still giving you everything you need for a comfortable stay, which honestly isn’t as easy to find as you’d think in this area.

  The rooms were lovely and clean. Cleaners came to check on bedding and pool every couple of days. The host was lovely. The building has nice spacious communal areas. And beautiful ensuit rooms that all have outdoor access and 2 of which have. Private terraces. Really can’t complain 💕💕

  Great villa in a perfect location for us. Quick to respond, kept very clean, lovely pool, great facilities. For information though, if you have a car, parking is awkward as you cannot turn on the drive. Would certainly go back!

  The villa is very big and spacious, rooms are very big and luminous. The pool and patio area are stunning 🙂 Kitchen has everything you might need for fixing yourself a meal and the staff are amazing, always available per whatsapp should you need them for anything.

  The Villa is exceptional. Rooms are very spacious with a fabulous living / dining / chill room as it is quite big and has a great open kitchen, a 75” Tv and almost all sides glass doors. The villa has a bright feel during the day and is very airy too. The living room is connected to a huge pool with an out door patio and chill area. It has a swing too!
  The toilets are clean and has basic amenities too. The Owner Tim is a rockstar. He helped us for everything and visited regularly to check for our needs. Infact he also gave us complimentary beers / soft drinks / wine and fruits too. One of the best Villas in Phuket!
