You can stroll to the beach for sunrise, grab dinner at one of the local seafood places nearby, then retreat back to your quiet sanctuary. The whole Patong Beach area is walkable from here, but you’re tucked away just enough to feel like you’ve found a hidden gem.

The rooms are where this place really shines — they’re spacious, modern, and designed with actual comfort in mind. I’m talking about thoughtful touches like blackout curtains that actually work, a rain shower that has proper water pressure, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train. The balconies (well, most rooms have them) give you either city views or glimpses of the surrounding hills, which is pretty nice for morning coffee. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets, and a minibar that doesn’t cost more than your flight.

  The bed is so comfortable, it’s a very clean apartment with lots of accessories for cooking and cleaning.
  It’s in a nice quiet area of patong but only a 5 minute drive to the busy area, but there also shops and restaurants within walking distance to the property.
  Ps the host is amazing. Please book this if this is up your street ( but not for the beginning of January as that’s when I will be booking for 🙂 )

  Мы вдвоем с мужем проживали в 302 квартире. Квартира находится в природной холмистой местности, в шаговой доступности от популярного пляжа Фридом и др. В квартире открываются красивые виды из панорамных окон на гору и частично участки моря, куда приходит на стоянку круизный лайнер. Отсутствует фоновый шум от проезжей части и людей, тихое уединение место. Квартира оборудована всей необходимой техникой, для комфортного круглогодичного проживания. имеется паркинг и охрана. В холле установлен автомат для перекуса и водой. Бассейн оценили, но не пользовались. Очень понравились завтраки на балконе. В январе солнце не слепит квартиру и не нагревает её, удачное размещение. Окна в комнатах также возможно открывать для свежего утреннего и вечернего воздуха и щебетания птиц и песен петухов. Обстановка располагает для релаксации от шумных мегаполисов и наслаждением птиц в естественной среде. Клиентоориенированный собственник квартиры. Квартира полностью оправдала ожидания. Хотелось домашнего уюта и мы его получили.
