  Top (4th) floor apartment with great sea view and view over pool. Cape Panwa is a lovely quiet location. Swimming pool was great. There is also a basic gym on site. There are a range of small, good value restaurants within 5 mins’ walk – Sawasdee and Live Little India both excellent. Good bakery and store next to the Kantaray Bay Hotel, as well as a 7/11 – both within 5 mins’ walk.
  
  Apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay. In particular, the bed was very comfortable. Most of the appliances were quite new. Owner left a good range of cleaning supplies and even provided a vacuum cleaner when I asked for a mop.
