  The villa is great, well equipped with everything you need like washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, cooking equipment, hairdryers etc. The villa is spotless with some toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. The swimming pool is south facing so gets the sun all day. The villa is in a great location with restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance. The villa is in a secure and private compound. Jean-Pierre the owner was the perfect host who is very polite and very helpful with lots of contacts (for car or scooter hire) and restaurant recommendations, the perfect host!

  Location was amazing, so central to Rawai, Nai Harn and Kata. The property was really clean, large outdoor space and felt secure in the complex of villas. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly if contacted. Internet was good too. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made our stay really comfortable. Our host let us have a late checkout at his suggestion as he had no bookings that evening, which was really helpful due to our late flights out of Phuket.
