The dining situation deserves a mention too, because while I wouldn’t call it groundbreaking, everything I tried was thoughtfully prepared and used quality ingredients. Their breakfast setup runs smoothly even during peak hours, which honestly impressed me more than it probably should have. If you’re the type of traveler who appreciates when a hotel gets the fundamentals absolutely right while adding just enough special touches to make the experience memorable, The Cove delivers on that promise.   The location is fantastic. Your own private beach, nestled away from the busy beaches but walking distance to some cute shops and restaurants. The private villas are lovely, well designed and roomy. We stayed in the family room which is basically a small house complete with kitchen and 3 bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again.
