It’s legit – you can actually see the water from the upper level, though you’ll want to grab the rooms facing west if you’re picky about views. What I loved most was having a proper kitchen. After days of street food and restaurant meals (not complaining, the food scene here is incredible), being able to make coffee in the morning or store some fruit from the local markets felt like such a luxury.

The location puts you right in the thick of Patong without being on the absolute craziest strip – you’re close enough to walk to the beach and all the action, but you can actually get some sleep at night. The building itself is pretty standard for the area, nothing too fancy on the outside, but the unit is well-maintained and the air conditioning works properly, which honestly matters more than you’d think when you’re dealing with that Thai humidity. I will say the check-in process was a bit different since it’s more of a private rental situation than a traditional hotel – just be prepared for that. The 8.3 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but for the space, location, and value, especially if you’re splitting costs with friends, it’s actually a pretty smart choice. Plus, having your own washing machine after a few days of beach activities? Priceless.

  Overall i would say very good experience and good view, good location and the apartment is spacious and very comfortable.
  1. The location is perfect… Patong Beach front
  2. The sea view is excellent… you have the whole see view of Patong Beach… very beautiful. as this apartment is at 29F, it is almost the top of the building and nothing block the magnificent view… the pictures in the websites show the true conditions.
  3. it is very spacious… big living rooms, it has a laundary room with washing machines and drying machines and enough spaces for you to hang your clothes in case u don't want to use the drying machines
  5. all the 4 bed rooms has the toliet and bath room attached. it has 2 floor, the first floor has 1 bedroom and the upper floor has 3 bed rooms and with 1 of the master bed room got 270 sea view… and just wonderful.
  6. it has a very spacous kitchen for us to prepare mainly breakfast ourselves…
  7. they have daily clean up which i originally think they will not have this… included in the fee.
  8. hosts response is relatively fast.
  9. there is a private swimming pool for our building and is not busy and qiuite good.

  Love this property , it is idealy located in the middle of Patong at the beach and very close to Bangla. It is a very big flat comfortable fit 8 adults. It is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. The views from the apartments is breathtaking and staff is very friendly.

  Der Blick auf dem Meer war atemberaubend! Unser Appartement war auf dem 29. Stock und allein für den Meeresblick hat es sich gelohnt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Appartement war sehr gross und modern, sehr empfehlenswert! Auch die Lage sehr zentral.
