I mean, let’s be real – this four-star place isn’t trying to be the flashiest resort on the beach, and that’s sort of what I loved about it. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and the staff actually remembers your name after day two (which doesn’t always happen at bigger places). The rooms are solid – good air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine, decent water pressure in the shower, and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a marshmallow all night. The balconies in most rooms give you glimpses of the surrounding neighborhood, and honestly, watching the local life happen below is more entertaining than you’d think.

What really works here is the location – you’re close enough to walk to the beach in about eight minutes, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the street vendors and tuk-tuk drivers every time you step outside. The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge, but it gets good sun in the afternoons and there’s actually space to spread out without feeling like you’re sharing a bathtub with strangers. I spent way more time there than I expected, especially during those brutal midday hours when the beach gets overwhelming. The poolside service is pretty responsive too – they’ll bring you a proper Thai iced tea that doesn’t taste like it came from a powder mix. There’s this little restaurant attached that does surprisingly good pad thai (I’m picky about this), and their green curry has enough kick to remind you where you are. Parking can be tight if you rent a scooter, but there’s usually space if you don’t mind squeezing in – just don’t expect luxury car treatment. The WiFi works well enough for video calls back home, which saved me when I needed to handle some work stuff. Sure, it’s not the most glamorous spot you’ll see on Instagram, but sometimes you just want a place that does the basics really well without charging resort prices for the privilege.

  The hotel it’s outdated, but clean and with everything you need to have a good stay. The room was quite spacious. The location was very good, in walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and stores.
  The staff was welcoming and polite. They fixed a problem in the bathroom very quickly, as well as brought supplies as soon as we asked them for it.
  The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but with basic options.

  breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was great. if you want to go patong beach 5 min walk enough

  Laundry service not working They have no any laundy service in hotel. you have to go outside
  They gave us the wrong room at check-in.
  But the manager at the reception was very polite and understanding and provided an easy solution. Thank you to the manager Kate for this.
  I did not like the hotel pool bar management.
  Other than that everything was perfect.
  I would like to make a small recommendation.
  You should not give the welcome drink with a paper.
  Instead you should offer a drink as soon as you enter the hotel. this will make you look more professional.
  tuk tuks cab can make you emotional.
  Make sure you don't cry. so Be careful of tuktuks ( ı just kidding)
