Apartment is located on very quite area and to patong beach by walk only 10 mins and to walking street about 15 mins. many restaurant, shops ,night market ,massage shop are around 5 mins walk.Very nice place and great value.   Overall, it's very good. The residential area is right by the roadside, making parking very convenient. It's very quiet at night, you can't hear any outside noise at all. It's very close to the Malin Night Market, within walking distance, and there are also convenience stores nearby. The kitchen facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very clean. The housekeeper is very nice; we arrived a bit late on the day of arrival, and she waited for us patiently.
