Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years, but Jasmine Village really caught me off guard in the best possible way. When I first pulled up, honestly, it didn’t scream luxury from the outside – but that’s actually part of its charm. This four-star property has this understated elegance that grows on you, you know? The kind of place where the staff remembers your name by day two and somehow always knows exactly how you like your morning coffee.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail that you don’t find everywhere. I mean, the rooms are beautifully appointed – we’re talking quality linens that actually feel expensive, not just look it. The bathroom had this rainfall shower that I honestly didn’t want to leave, and the little touches like locally sourced toiletries and fresh flowers that clearly get replaced daily made it feel special. The restaurant surprised me too – I wasn’t expecting much, but they’re doing some really creative things with local ingredients. Their breakfast spread is generous without being overwhelming, and the evening menu changes seasonally, which tells you they care about what they’re serving.

You know what impressed me most though? The service felt genuine, not scripted. When I mentioned I was looking for a good spot to catch the sunset, the concierge didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – he actually walked me outside and pointed out the exact path to take, mentioned the best time to head out, even warned me about the slightly uneven steps along the way. That’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t fake. The whole place runs smoothly too – check-in was seamless, housekeeping was thorough but never intrusive, and I never had to wait long for anything. With a 9.6 rating from other guests, I can see why people keep coming back. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but it absolutely nails the fundamentals while adding those thoughtful extras that make a trip memorable. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels both polished and personal, this is definitely worth considering.

  Our vila was spacious, we had a lovely garden and a terrace. It felt very peacful, not crowded at all.
  Staff was truly amazing, very welcoming, they looked after us and were always willing to help.

  The villa is very spacious, with luxurious furnishings and linen. The bed is very comfortable and the outside kitchen has a big fridge, water bottles are topped up with room service.
  
  The villa is private with a pretty garden. There is good space to sit under the verandah to watch the rainy days go by. It is very wet at the moment and although outside areas have alot of water with the monsoon this property takes the water well.
  
  The pool is inviting and clean.
  
  The staff are amazing, we had a couple of hiccups due to our own efforts and OI, who I think is manager has been so kind and thoughtful, she went above and beyond to ensure we could have a stress free holiday.
  
  We were only staying for one night but are here for three days.
  
  There are scooters for hire, and the staff are kind to give us coffee in the morning, and to ensure that we are well taken care of.
  
  We are so grateful for our stay here, and hope to visit again.

  Vivian and all the staff was so friendly all the rooms have their own private garden. The rooms have everything you need very comfortable bed well decorated rooms kitchen outside seating are i have already booked to come back

  The ladies who run this place should get the best service award. Villa was great, had a good kitchen, strong AC, bathtub, private garden for our dog and a lovely smiling team around the villas always willing to do the extra mile to make you happy. 10/10.

  Te owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. Quiet location, and only a 3-minute drive to the main road in Rawai with convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The beds were comfy and the wifi was excellent
