Location & Neighborhood

Kata Beach is one of those spots on Phuket that locals will tell you is the better choice — less chaotic than Patong but with way more personality than some of the quieter beaches. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the sand, which means you can actually pop back to your room during the day without it being this whole production. The Kata Road location puts you right in the mix of good restaurants and beach bars, but you know what I really appreciated? You can walk to the local markets and grab fresh fruit or snacks without needing to take a tuk-tuk everywhere.

The Space

The condo setup is where this place really shines — you get a proper living area, not just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk. There’s a kitchen area that’s actually functional (I mean, you probably won’t be cooking elaborate meals, but having a fridge and the ability to make coffee whenever you want is surprisingly liberating). The bedroom feels spacious, and the bathroom is one of those modern affairs with a rain shower that actually has decent water pressure. Everything feels clean and contemporary without being sterile, if that makes sense.

  Beautiful apartment with everything you need. That includes even iron and hair dryier. There's good contact with the menager on case you need anything. Cleaning can be done everyday if you wish to (including fresh towels etc.). The pool was almost always empty, and had a beautiful view. Washing machine with dryer is a game changer during longer stay, we used it few times. It was the best apartment we've ever had.

  The location, furnishings and price was really good. This condo has a good gym, nice pool with a view, table tennis and aero hockey (but you have to bring your own rackets and pushers)

  Luxurious, modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, big TV, balcony facing palm trees. Very few people were around in the common areas, it was quiet.

  We liked everything. The apartment has everything you may need. The infrastructure is great, beautiful swimming pool and a complete gym. Kuy was always available for anything we needed. Location is also great, near Kata Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants.
