What I actually loved about this place is how it feels more like a proper residence than your typical hotel – and I mean that in a good way. The apartments are spacious, well, really spacious compared to most places in Phuket. You get a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation), which honestly saved me a fortune since I could grab fresh stuff from the local markets and actually cook. The pools – yeah, there are multiple ones – never felt crowded, even when I was there during what the locals call “high season.” There’s this infinity pool that overlooks the valley, and you know what? On clear mornings, you can actually see the ocean glinting through the palm trees. The staff seemed genuinely happy to help too, not just going through the motions like at some of the bigger chain places.

The location is sort of perfect if you want that sweet spot between convenience and peace. You’re away from the Patong madness (thank goodness), but Kamala Beach is right there when you want proper beach time. I found this little local restaurant called Rung Thip just a five-minute walk away – incredible tom yum and the owner’s daughter practices her English with the guests. The resort runs a shuttle to Kamala Beach, but honestly, the walk is pleasant and you pass by some interesting local spots you’d miss otherwise. Parking‘s free if you’ve rented a car, which isn’t always a given around here. My only minor gripe? The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in some of the further apartments, but I mean, you’re in paradise – maybe that’s not the worst thing. This place works brilliantly for couples wanting space to spread out, or families who need that apartment-style setup without sacrificing the resort amenities.

To book a hotel in Phuket during peak season from December to March, travelers need early planning as this stunning island draws visitors eager to experience its crystal-clear waters and world-famous sunset views.
