  Great sized pool and huge room for the price. Great location, only 10 minute walk from Karon and Kata beach. Lots of restaurants, night market, massage parlours and bars very close by.

  The staff is a bit unprofessional and requires training. They would ask personal questions like where are we from when we were having breakfast etc.
  
  Also everyone knew that the breakfast timings were till 10:30 they would go to everyone individually around 10:20 asking we needed more food or anything. Super unprofessional. People who would be inside the breakfast hall were made to feel awkward as if the staff wanted us to leave by cleaning tables, taking the dishes off right in front of the guests. Have been to multiple hotels but never experienced something like this.
