You know what struck me first about Chic Design & Full Seaview 2BR Karon Condo 16C, near Beach? The view from that 16th floor really delivers on its promise – I mean, when they say “full seaview,” they actually mean it. Standing on the balcony, you’re looking straight out over the Andaman Sea with nothing blocking your sight line, and honestly, it’s one of those views that makes you stop whatever you’re doing just to stare for a minute.

The condo itself feels more like staying at a friend’s well-designed apartment than a typical hotel room. The two bedrooms are properly sized – not those cramped spaces you sometimes get in beach towns – and whoever did the interior design actually has an eye for it. Clean lines, modern furniture that doesn’t feel cheap, and they’ve managed to keep that four-star quality without going overboard with unnecessary luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped too, which I appreciated since eating out every meal in Karon can get expensive fast. There’s something satisfying about making your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.

What really sets this place apart is its location relative to Karon Beach – you’re close enough that the walk takes maybe three minutes (I timed it), but far enough from the main strip that you don’t get the constant motorbike noise and street vendor chaos. The building itself is well-maintained, and the elevator actually works consistently, which… well, anyone who’s stayed in Thailand knows that’s not always a given. The pool area is decent sized and rarely crowded – I think most guests are either at the beach or out exploring. Speaking of exploring, you’re positioned perfectly for both the quieter Karon scene and the more energetic Patong nightlife when you want it. A quick tuk-tuk ride gets you to Kata Noi if you prefer the smaller, less touristy beach experience, or head the other direction toward the Big Buddha – the views from up there are incredible, especially around sunset. One small thing that impressed me was the air conditioning – it’s powerful enough to cool the whole unit quickly, and quiet enough that it won’t keep you awake. The Wi-Fi holds up well too, even with multiple devices connected, which matters if you’re trying to stay connected or work remotely from paradise.

  Nice location with perfect view! We enjoyed the sunset straight from the balcony. It has 711, restaurants and pharmacy all round and 300 meters from the beach- very convenient and chill.
  
  The staff is also wonderful! Wanna helped me with the check-in. I was given derailed instructions and my requests are well dealt with by Wanna. From is also friendly and polite when helping me check out. Great people and service did enlighten my journey

  The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A beautiful view over Karon Beach and close by to lots of restaurants, stores & more. Quiet, peaceful and safe yet Patong is only a 10 min drive / tutu away. Perfect location for partying and also having some downtime. Would stay here again if I come back to Phuket. The service and communication from the Condo workers was wonderful.
