I’ll be honest – when I first heard about 2 br Terrace Laguna, SkyPark, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name alone had me curious, and after spending a few nights there, I can say it’s one of those places that surprises you in the best way possible.

What really got me was the terrace situation – and I mean this in the most positive way. You know how most hotel terraces are just an afterthought? Well, this isn’t that. The laguna views are actually spectacular, especially if you snag one of the corner units. I spent way too much time out there with my morning coffee, watching the water change colors as the sun came up. The two-bedroom setup is perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends who actually want some space from each other – the bedrooms are on opposite ends, so you’re not hearing every conversation or phone call. Smart design, honestly.

The four-star rating feels right for this place. It’s not trying to be the fanciest spot around, but everything works exactly how it should. The kitchen actually has decent cookware (I was shocked), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped like so many vacation rentals do. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even when the SkyPark area gets busy – and trust me, it can get busy, especially on weekends. The building itself has this modern feel without being sterile, if that makes sense. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven around resort areas will appreciate.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I went: the best time to use that terrace is actually late afternoon, not morning. The light hits the laguna differently, and you’ll understand why this place has such high ratings once you see it. The whole SkyPark development is pretty well thought out – there’s enough going on that you don’t feel isolated, but it’s not so packed that you can’t find a quiet spot when you want one. I mean, with a 9.0 rating, you’d expect it to be decent, but this actually lives up to the hype without feeling pretentious about it.
