  The one and only good thing was the location was ok, nice quiet spot on the edge of town, however that was the ONLY good thing about this place.
  
  Maybe 15 years ago this would’ve been a tidy villa, but years of neglect, price gouging by money hungry owners with no reinvestment back into the property have left this place tired and run-down.
