  Struttura grande, molto carina a surin, zona residenziale, tranquilla, silenziosa, vicino al mare
  raggiungibile in 300 mt.
  vicino a una delle spiagge più belle di phuket, di fronte c'è un supermercato, centri massaggi, a 270 mt c'è Sa rent bike per noleggiare il motorino. l'appartamento ha tutto, piccolo balconcino con lavatrice e stendino, io ho preso il bilocale con cucina/sala e camera e bagno; presenti 2 climatizzatori che in meno di 5 min raffreddavano gli ambienti. doccia grande e acqua che esce bella piena. comunque vale assolutamente la permanenza, l'appartamento è vissuto ma ha tutto quello che ci è servito in 9 giorni; comunque non abbiamo mai mangiato a casa, abbiamo solo fatto colazione. voto finale 8.

  Заселение и выселение – без участия принимающей стороны, что несомненно плюс

  Классные апартаменты в которых все есть. Мы ездили с мамой. Она жила в комнате где диван. Я в спальне. Есть все необходимое для жизни и готовки. Есть паркинг, но мы в основном ездили на такси. До пляжа минут 10 пешком. Удобный матрас. Вид из окна классный)

  Кондо 7 этажей. На крыше бассейн, есть спортзал. Номер просторный из двух комнат, в каждой телевизор и кондиционер, есть балкон, на котором все быстро сохнет. Имеется стиралка, холодильник, тостер, блендер, плитка и СВЧ-печь, а также утюг и доска для глажки. Солнце в окна не светит, комфортно.
  В 3 минутах единственный в околотке продуктовый магазин Tops Daily c большим выбором спиртного. До 7/11 10 минут хода, до пляжа Сурин 7 минут. До крупного Tesco Lotus 3 км (доходили за 40 минут).

  Très bel appartement avec tout a disposition, vraiment tout le confort avec du mobilier moderne. Cuisine équipée (ce qui est rare à Bali), literie confortable, salle de bain moderne, salle de sport, piscine et vue incroyable !!! Je recommande ++

  Отличное месторасположение, в тихом районе, рядом два пляжа в пешей доступности, большой выбор ресторанов. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, чистая ухоженная, красивый вид из окна. Отзывчивый арендодатель.
