This four-star property sits right in the heart of Phuket Town, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to experience the real Thailand beyond just beaches and tourist traps. The lobby has this warm, welcoming vibe — not too flashy, but definitely polished enough to make you feel like you’ve made a good choice.

Location & Getting Around

You know what I love about this spot? You’re actually in Phuket Town proper, which means you’re surrounded by authentic local life. The old Sino-Portuguese architecture is literally on your doorstep, and those incredible street food stalls that locals actually eat at are just a short walk away. Plus, and this is huge — they offer FREE parking, which anyone who’s driven around Phuket will tell you is like finding gold. I mean, trying to park in the old town area can be a nightmare, so having that sorted takes a lot of stress off your shoulders.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was well-appointed without being over the top. Clean lines, comfortable bedding, and — this matters more than you’d think — really good air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The bathroom was modern and spacious, with decent water pressure (always a concern in older buildings). What struck me most was the attention to small details — proper reading lights, enough outlets for your devices, and blackout curtains that actually work.

Dining & Local Scene

While the hotel has its own restaurant, I’d honestly recommend venturing out to explore the incredible food scene right outside your door. The Sunday Walking Street market happens practically around the corner, and you’ll find some of the best local dishes you’ve ever tasted. That said, having the option to grab a quick bite or coffee at the hotel is convenient, especially after a long day of exploring when you just want to unwind without going far.

Why Guests Love It

This place has earned its 8.8 rating for good reason, and I can see why couples particularly gravitate toward it. There’s something intimate about the scale — it’s not one of those massive resort complexes where you feel lost in the crowd. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable, and the combination of being in the cultural heart of Phuket while still having modern amenities is pretty much perfect. You’re close enough to the beaches when you want them (about 15 minutes to Patong), but you get to experience the real character of the island staying here. For the price point, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for without any unpleasant surprises.

  Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Very aesthetic with many places to take pictures. The lady at the front desk was lovely and was making a conversation with me. There’s wall sockets beside the mirror which made it easy to blow dry and straighten my hair at the same time. Hair drier provided. Beautiful room. Room service every day and two waters provided. Shower gel smelt soooo nice 🥰 Pool area was lovely with a swing too but it was a bit cold. Security.
