Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name ZcapeX2, I thought it sounded like some sort of gaming lounge or escape room. But this three-star place actually surprised me in the best way possible. You know what I mean when you walk into a hotel and immediately get a vibe? This one has that relaxed, unpretentious energy that makes you feel like you can actually unwind instead of worrying about whether you’re fancy enough to be there.

The thing that really got me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care without being over the top about it. Check-in was smooth – no waiting around forever while they upsell you on room upgrades you don’t need. And honestly, the rooms are way better than what you’d expect from a three-star rating. I mean, sure, you’re not getting marble bathrooms and thread counts that cost more than your car payment, but everything works properly (which, let’s face it, isn’t always a given). The beds are actually comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on a board – and the AC doesn’t sound like a freight train when it kicks on at 2 AM. Small details, but they matter when you’re trying to get some decent sleep.

What really stands out is that this place has a 9.1 rating, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s one of those spots where they focus on doing the basics really well instead of trying to wow you with flashy stuff that doesn’t actually make your stay better. The WiFi works throughout the building (shocking, I know), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work. I stayed during what seemed like a pretty busy period, but it never felt chaotic or like the staff was overwhelmed. You could actually have a conversation with people at the front desk without feeling rushed. Plus – and this might sound weird – but the place just smells clean without that overwhelming chemical scent that some hotels use to mask… other things. It’s those little touches that make you realize someone’s actually paying attention to the guest experience rather than just going through the motions.

  The apartment was exactly as shown in the pics. The condo was totally suitable for my 9-night stay. In-room facilities were perfect with most things you need in an apartment. It was overlooking the mountains from the longe and very quiet at night. The location is ideal for walking to all restaurants, and supermarkets, getting a massage, or shopping around Boat Avenue. The beach is 5 mins by scooter. Rosemary was a great host and was quick to respond to any requests. I would recommend the apartment and would stay again in the future.

  Отличная локация: рядом много кафе, массажных салонов, пляж в 5 минутах езды или 15-20 минутах пешком.
  В связи с переносом рейса на 18 часов хозяйка через booking сама сделала нам продление.
  Внутри кондо есть вполне вместительная парковка. За 32 дня проживания в «пик сезона» и возвращения в районе полуночи нам практически всегда хватало места для парковки машины. Было такое, что пару раз не хватило места, но охранник выходил и растаскивал байки на улице (рядом с кондо), тем самым организовывал нам место для стоянки.
  Квартира не новая, есть следы эксплуатации, но вполне чистая и есть все необходимое для короткого и длительного проживания. Очень порадовали белоснежные спальные принадлежности, за это отдельное спасибо.

  Хороший продуманный номер для двоих, расположение прям на знаменитой Боут Авеню. Мы были на байке и было удобно оставлять его на подземной парковке. Бассейн был чистый и длинный. Цена качество для Банг Тао супер.
