You know what caught me off guard about X10 Seaview Suites at Panwa Beach? It’s actually tucked away in this quieter corner of Phuket that most tourists completely miss. I mean, everyone’s rushing off to Patong or Kata, but honestly – they’re missing out on something pretty special here at Panwa.

The first thing you notice pulling up is how the place just sort of emerges from the hillside, and yeah, those sea views they promise are absolutely legit. From my suite, I could see this gorgeous stretch of coastline that changes color throughout the day – deep turquoise in the morning, then this almost emerald green by late afternoon. The suites themselves feel more like proper apartments than hotel rooms, which is perfect if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. There’s actual kitchen space (not just a mini-fridge situation), and the living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re camping out. What I really appreciated was the attention to details – good water pressure in the shower, decent Wi-Fi that actually works, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing.

Now, being a four-star property, you might expect some fancy resort amenities, but X10 keeps things refreshingly straightforward. The pool area is lovely without being over-the-top, and there’s this relaxed vibe where you can actually hear yourself think – no poolside DJ blasting music at 9 AM, thank goodness. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable rather than just going through the motions. I had an issue with my keycard one evening, and instead of the usual “we’ll look into it” response, someone was at my door within minutes to sort it out. The location works really well if you want to explore but also decompress – you’re close enough to venture into the busier parts of Phuket when the mood strikes, but far enough away that you can escape the crowds and tour groups. Panwa Beach itself is this lovely, less-developed stretch where you can actually find a quiet spot to read or just watch the longtail boats drift by. Parking‘s easy (which isn’t always a given around here), and there are some solid local restaurants within walking distance that serve proper Thai food instead of the tourist-friendly versions you get elsewhere.

  The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely the best staff I've encountered in any accommodation. They helped us organise tours, find places to go, even find very specific things we wanted to buy in store.
  
  The location is amazing. Far away form busy tourist streets and beeches right at the beach. Perfect to relax by the pool after the busy day of sightseeing and exhausting island tours. If you want to explore the bay you can use the complimentary kayak. There are bunch of restaurants couple of minutes drive from the accommodation or right there at the beach at the restaurant next door.

  WOW! This was a non forgettable apartment! Perfect view very dreamy, staff was very very friendly the room was perfect more than perfect, it was on the beach the pool was more than perfect, 1000000/10. Very helpful staff. we also had an small pool in our balcony which was also beautiful and perfect, bed very comfortable. Kitchen very helpful.
  The apartment is on a hill so places such as patong beach and bangla road are very far. On the hill there are many massage salons very good price also if you want to take a bike, many options there and supermarket also 500 meters.
