The pool area winds between existing trees, and honestly, some of the best spots to hang out are these little nooks they’ve created where you can actually hear the waves from Rawai Beach. Speaking of which – the beach is literally a five-minute walk, and while it’s not the postcard-perfect white sand you’ll find elsewhere on the island, it’s got character. Local fishermen still bring their catch in every morning, and there’s this row of seafood restaurants right on the sand where you can point to what you want and they’ll grill it up for you. The hotel staff will actually give you directions to the good spots (not the touristy ones) if you ask nicely.

The rooms themselves are spacious – I mean, properly spacious, not just “spacious for Thailand” – and the beds are legitimately comfortable. Air conditioning works like a dream, which matters more than you’d think when you’re dealing with Phuket’s humidity. What I appreciated most was the little stuff: decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes. The balcony views vary depending on which room you get, but even the garden-facing ones are pretty pleasant since they’ve done a nice job with the landscaping. One small thing – the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might catch some hallway chatter, but it’s not terrible. The whole area is generally pretty quiet anyway, especially compared to the chaos you’ll find in some other parts of the island. If you’re looking for non-stop party vibes, this probably isn’t your spot, but if you want to experience Phuket without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist bubble, Rawai hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Very good location. So many restaurants and cafes nearby also 7-11. I love fresh seafood in Rawai. There is Starbucks in the hotel too!

  Location was great, the only issue we had is a swimming pool towels, instead just keeping a set in the room , we need to go from our very last building to reception to check out the towels and we must have return them at the same day , we kept ours in the room and next day cleaners took them. Also most of the times towels were not available, so we needed to go without them . Reception staff was not really friendly, they were like robots.

  Very nice, modern hotel complex. The pools are amazing and spread all over the place. This hotel is perfect for families with young kids. The bed was very comfortable and the staff upgraded us to a better froom because we had an infant with us.
