The staff seems genuinely proud of their location too – they’ll give you these hand-drawn little maps showing the best beach access points and which sections get less crowded in the mornings.

What surprised me most was how well-maintained everything felt for what could easily be just another beachside tourist trap. The rooms have this clean, minimalist vibe that doesn’t try too hard to be fancy, but the beds are actually comfortable and the air conditioning works properly (crucial, honestly). I stayed during what the locals call the shoulder season, and the place had this relaxed energy where the staff had time to chat and give genuine recommendations. The breakfast setup is pretty straightforward – nothing Instagram-worthy, but they do this excellent local honey situation and the coffee is stronger than you’d expect. One small thing that bugged me was the elevator can be slow during peak hours, but honestly, if you’re staying somewhere 350 meters from the beach, you’re probably getting enough steps in anyway. The whole experience just felt refreshingly unpretentious – like they know their main job is getting you close to the water and comfortable afterward, and they’ve figured out how to do both really well.

  Честно – понравилось абсолютно всё. Ещё даже не попав в апартаменты, прониклась гостеприимством хозяев: предложили встретить в аэропорту и показали местность. Очень приятные люди!
  
  Апартаменты очень удобные, эстетичные, новенькие. Для комфортного проживания есть и утюг, и стиральная машина, и уборка со сменой полотенец.
  
  Сам ЖК потрясающий – детская площадка, бассейны, шаговая доступность к морю по тени. Куча недорогих кафе на пляже… доступ к аэропорту – при этом самолетов не слышно, потому что пляж чуть дальше.
  
  В общем, 10/10. Объездили весь Тайланд и лучше места для отдыха с ребенком не найти)
