I spent way more time in their wellness areas than I initially planned, which says something because I’m usually the type who just wants to hit the pool and call it a day.

The staff has this way of being attentive without hovering – like they somehow know exactly when you need fresh towels by the pool or when you’re ready for another drink. The rooms themselves strike this nice balance between luxury and comfort, with these really soft linens that actually stay cool in the heat and bathrooms that feel more like personal spas than hotel facilities. The whole property has this peaceful vibe that’s hard to describe – it’s not quiet in a boring way, but more like everything just flows smoothly. Even during what seemed like their busy season, it never felt crowded or chaotic. I actually found myself wondering how they manage that, because the place clearly wasn’t empty. If you’re looking for somewhere that takes the wellness thing seriously without being pretentious about it, and where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re missing out on anything, this place delivers in a way that surprised me.

  Everything! We were sad to leave Zolitude, it was by far the best place we've stayed on our trip. Small, boutique, friendly, and a beautiful setting. The spa and restaurant were top quality and fairly priced (unlike some other premium hotels we've stayed in). The staff were excellent and so friendly. We would absolutely recommend and come back!

The villa was stunning, and the added bonus was the incredibly friendly staff—everyone from the bellman, front desk, and restaurant team to the housekeepers and even the engineer. We also appreciated that it’s located a bit farther from Phuket’s main tourist areas, giving us a peaceful retreat in such a vibrant city. The villa was so beautiful that we could easily spend the whole day there. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
