The location in Phuket really surprised me in the best way possible. Soi Cherngtalay 2 might not sound glamorous, but it’s perfectly positioned between Bang Tao and Surin beaches — both about a 10-minute drive away. I mean, you get the tranquility of a residential area without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. There’s decent parking right at the villa, which honestly saved me from the headache of finding spots near the popular beaches. The area feels safe for evening walks, and I noticed several other upscale villas nearby, so you’re definitely in good company.

The Villa Experience

Walking into the main living space, I was struck by how spacious everything felt — the open-plan design really works here. Each room has been thoughtfully laid out, and the three bedrooms are genuinely comfortable, not just afterthoughts. The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area, which became my favorite feature pretty quickly. That private pool isn’t huge, but it’s perfectly sized for cooling off after a day exploring the island. The gym setup is more comprehensive than I expected — actual equipment, not just a couple of dumbbells thrown in a corner.

Standout Features

The sauna turned out to be my unexpected favorite amenity. After spending days in Phuket’s humidity, having a proper sauna session felt incredibly refreshing. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook (which I did a couple of times — there’s a good local market about 15 minutes away), though honestly, with so many great restaurants nearby, I didn’t use it as much as planned. The outdoor dining area by the pool became our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Everything feels well-maintained and modern, without being sterile or impersonal.

What really sets this place apart is the balance it strikes — you get privacy and space without feeling isolated from everything Phuket has to offer.   From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the beauty and tranquility of this place. The villa itself is a true masterpiece of design and architecture, perfectly designed for addressing any guests' needs. The amenities were equally impressive (well-furnished kitchen, perfect living room area, well-organized bedrooms as well as the pool area and the very spacious parking lot). The cleanliness and the attention of the details is a very plus for this villa. Vicinity to the main facilities in Bangtao makes the location extremely convenient. Stay at this villa was a truly exceptional experience.

  My family and I stayed in Villa Lami for 3 nights while visiting Phuket.
  The Villa was extremely clean, tidy with lovely modern furnishings.
  We especially loved the outdoor area around the pool which is private and a nice way to relax after sightseeing for the day.
  The location made it perfect for visiting Blue Tree and exploring the Laguna area and Bangtao with many beautiful beaches close by.
