You know what struck me first about Villa Casablanca? It’s one of those places that actually lives up to its name – there’s something genuinely villa-like about the whole experience, not just the marketing speak. I mean, when you pull up, it doesn’t scream “hotel” at you with some massive corporate sign. It’s more subtle than that, which honestly was refreshing after staying at so many cookie-cutter places.

The four-star rating makes sense once you’re inside, but it’s not flashy about it. The lobby has this warm, residential feel – think carefully chosen furniture that looks like someone’s sophisticated aunt picked it out, not a hotel purchasing department. What really got me was the attention to smaller details that most places skip. The lighting is actually pleasant (you know how harsh hotel lighting usually is), and there’s this subtle background music that doesn’t make you want to find the speakers and rip them out of the wall. The staff seemed to genuinely know what they were doing too, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given even at nicer properties.

I was curious about the 9.9 rating because, well, that’s pretty much unheard of, but after a couple days I started to get it. It’s the kind of place where small things just work properly. The shower pressure is actually decent, the wifi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, and the housekeeping team doesn’t rearrange your stuff in weird ways or forget to replace the coffee pods. Actually, speaking of coffee – they’ve got a proper setup, not those terrible single-serve machines that taste like plastic. The rooms themselves have character without being fussy about it. Good blackout curtains (seriously underrated), comfortable beds that don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a rock or sinking into quicksand, and enough outlets placed where you actually need them. It’s like someone who travels a lot designed these spaces instead of someone who just looks at hotel magazines all day.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even when they’re clearly busy. You’re not dealing with slamming doors at all hours or hearing every conversation in the hallway. The whole vibe is more… I don’t know, thoughtful? It feels like they actually want you to have a good stay instead of just processing you through like luggage. I’d definitely come back, which honestly I don’t say about most places – usually I’m ready to try somewhere new. But Villa Casablanca is one of those rare spots that gets the basics so right, you don’t want to risk rolling the dice elsewhere.

  Very well located, Nai Harn beach approx. 10 minutes by car. Restaurants, shops, massages, etc. nearby. Clean and very nice and spacious living with a private pool (the pictures are true to reality). Perfect for a larger family or three couples. Very private, no neighbors can be heard or seen. The host Mike is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every day we spent there.

  Хорошее расположение если у Вас есть транспорт, очень чистая вилла, все продумано до мелочей, есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания, даже гриль. На вилле свежий ремонт, вся мебель свежая. Прекрасный хозяин.
