The apartments themselves are actually quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. You know what I love about staying in apartment-style accommodations? You get that lived-in feeling without the sterility of typical hotel rooms. The kitchen setup is practical – not fancy, but you can definitely whip up breakfast or store leftovers from exploring the area. The beds are comfortable enough that I actually slept through the night (which, let’s face it, doesn’t always happen when you’re traveling). The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to plan your next day or video call home.

What really struck me was how the place manages to feel both modern and homey at the same time. The furnishings aren’t trying too hard to impress, but everything works and feels clean. I mean, sometimes you walk into a place and immediately start mentally cataloging what’s broken or outdated – that didn’t happen here. The bathrooms are well-maintained, water pressure’s decent, and honestly, the little touches like having enough towels and proper lighting make more difference than you’d think. Parking was straightforward too, which saved me the headache of circling around looking for a spot. The check-in process was refreshingly simple – no lengthy presentations about amenities I’ll never use or pushy upselling attempts. The staff seemed genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions, and they had useful local recommendations that actually panned out (always a good sign). I particularly appreciated that they were upfront about things like quiet hours and building policies without being overly rigid about it. The location works well if you want to be connected to the area but not right in the thick of tourist chaos. You’re close enough to get where you need to go, but far enough away that you can actually relax when you get back. The 8.8 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s the kind of place that does the fundamentals really well without any major surprises, good or bad.

  This property is conveniently located close to the beach, there are a couple of supermarkets, fruit market and multiple restaurants nearby.
  Facility offers everything that one can think of, equipped kitchen with all the necessities, large bed, balcony, bright rooms, everything is nice and new.
  
  Super green area with a children’s playground makes it a dream home for mommy with kids like me. There’s a swimming pool on the roof, but we haven’t tried it out.
  
  Cleaning once per 7 days is included in the payment, if you want it tomorrow you can have it for 500 bht.
  
  Also the host lady was very kind and helping.
  
  The area where Laguna is located is very „Russian“, they are the majority of vacationers and it might be a plus or a minus for some of you. Just letting you know.

  nice clean apartments with modern furniture and appliances. there is a small kitchen with a microwave. area with modern townhouses with security at the entrance. everything is safe. there is a quarter with shops and street food nearby. the beach is 12 minutes walk away.

  Clean apartment with good amenities. Location convenient for my purpose (Phuket marathon) otherwise far from the most touristy beaches. Staff from the wider management company for the overall premises were excellent and very helpful despite a language barrier.

  The apartment was very nice. Everything was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Beautiful view from the window. The sea and a park for walks are very close. The three pools were almost always empty, which was very pleasing. Shops and restaurants nearby – convenient.
  The check in went great. All the instructions were clear and provided in advance.
