The staff here seems to get that balance between being helpful and not hovering, you know what I mean? They’ll sort out your taxi to Kata Beach (it’s literally a few minutes) or recommend that little local place for pad thai that tourists usually miss, but they’re not constantly checking if you need anything.

I have to say, the location really works in your favor here. Kata itself is way more chill than Patong – less of the party chaos, more of that laid-back beach vibe that actually lets you relax. You’re close enough to walk down to the main beach area when you want some action, but far enough up the hillside that you escape most of the street noise and vendor calls. The pool area gets this perfect afternoon breeze, and I spent more time there than I initially planned, just because it felt so comfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue if you’re renting a scooter, and the little convenience store down the road has everything you’d need for villa snacks. One thing worth noting – the WiFi actually works well throughout the property, which saved me when I had to handle some work stuff unexpectedly. Look, it’s not going to blow you away with flashy amenities or over-the-top luxury, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. It’s solid, comfortable, and in a spot where you can actually enjoy Phuket without feeling like you’re fighting crowds every time you step outside.

  The property was clean. I liked the fact that they always listen to you when there is anything wrong. When we reached the tv was not working they replaced the whole tv two days later. Some of the shattaf or what they call the debaih was not working. We middle eastern’s use it allot they replaced and fix whatever’s not working. There really nice.

  The property was lovely. Comfortable and clean. Situated a little away from the centre of Kata and the beach but that was perfect for us. Spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Bom was extremely helpful with any questions or needs that we had. Thank You Bom.

  this villa is great. booked several in Phuket as we used to visit here once a year. This villa surely is one of the best. Close to beach and everything, friendly and helpful hosts. A wellness centre next door with SPA and all kinds of Yoga activities. Definitely wants to come back

  The setting is very beautiful! The pool provided is also very clean. Check in was very easy, the owner will meet you on arrival and give you a tour of the villa and is always available to help with any questions. My friend and I were very happy with our stay!
