The location is actually pretty clever if you know the area. You’re close enough to Bang Tao that you can easily hit the beach, but far enough inland that you avoid the crowds and inflated prices right on the sand. There’s a tennis court on-site if you’re into that sort of thing, and they’ve got golf courses within a couple miles — though honestly, the horseback riding option intrigued me more. I didn’t expect to find that activity so readily available in this part of Phuket. The surrounding area offers plenty of exploration opportunities for those interested in local culture and natural attractions.

The restaurant situation here is interesting — they keep it simple, which I appreciated after dealing with overwhelming buffets at larger resorts. You’re not going to find a massive spread, but what they do offer feels authentic rather than trying to please everyone. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want, especially if you’re traveling as a couple and looking for something more personal than a factory-line massage experience.
