The rooms are clean and modern (thank goodness for proper air conditioning in that humidity), and the staff actually knows the area well enough to give you directions that make sense. I remember asking about getting to the weekend market, and instead of just pointing vaguely, the front desk guy drew me a little map and told me which entrance to use to avoid the crowds.

What I really loved was how central everything felt. You’re maybe a 15-minute walk from the old town’s main drag, where you can find those incredible local coffee shops that serve Thai-style coffee strong enough to wake the dead. And here’s something most people don’t realize – staying in town means you can actually walk to decent restaurants for dinner instead of being trapped in resort dining. There’s this little night market that sets up just a few streets over where you can get pad thai for about 60 baht, and it’s better than anything you’ll find near the beaches for five times the price. The hotel itself doesn’t try to be everything to everyone, which I actually appreciate. They focus on being a solid base for exploring rather than trying to keep you locked in with a million amenities you probably won’t use anyway. Sure, it’s not beachfront, but honestly? After spending my days getting sunburned and sand-blasted at Patong or Kata, coming back to this quieter pocket of town felt like a relief. Plus, you can always grab a tuk-tuk to the beaches during the day – it’s cheaper than you’d think and part of the whole experience.

  The location is excellent, conveniently close to a 7-Eleven, and the hotel food is enjoyable, though the selection is somewhat limited. There is a self-service laundry nearby, and guests can benefit from a free transfer service to Central Floresta. Additionally, all the staff members are friendly and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel room is clean and spacious, and the shower water runs efficiently.

  Good location. Clean, modern, urban hotel. Good value for money. Helpful reception staff. Free taxi to the fabulous Shopping Centre which was great. Not too far from Old Town (taxi ride).

  Clean and new area within Phuket city. The biggest shopping mall is in a short walking distance. Room and facilities are clean and new.

  Its really near to the mall (approx 5 mins walk), its also near to big c and makro (all within 15 mins walk distance), great for shopping! There is also 7 11 across street and also a masssage place just round the corner (pls dont trust google map, all fake). The room is also spacious, clean and have all the necessary. Just that it will be better if there is weighing machine in the room. Dont expect much view as its just small town..
