Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Title 3, 1 bedroom condo, Rawai, the name didn’t exactly scream “luxury getaway.” But you know what? Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names end up surprising you the most, and this four-star spot in Rawai is exactly that kind of hidden gem.

I mean, Rawai isn’t where most tourists end up – it’s tucked away on Phuket’s southern tip, and honestly, that’s part of what makes staying here so refreshing. The condo itself is actually really well thought out for a one-bedroom setup. The living area flows naturally into the kitchen (and I’m talking about a proper kitchen here, not some sad mini-fridge situation), which makes it perfect if you’re planning to stay more than just a quick beach hop. The bedroom’s got this nice separated feel without being cramped, and there’s enough storage space that you won’t be living out of your suitcase the whole time.

What really got me though was stepping out onto that little balcony area in the morning – you’re close enough to hear the longtail boats puttering around Rawai Beach, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of jet skis and tour groups. The whole area has this laid-back fishing village vibe that’s pretty rare to find on Phuket anymore. You’ve got the fresh seafood market just a short walk away (and trust me, the morning catch there is incredible), plus you’re actually positioned perfectly for day trips to the smaller islands – Coral Island and Racha Island boats leave right from Rawai pier. The local songthaews (those red truck taxis) run pretty regularly if you want to head up to the busier beaches, but honestly, after a few days of Rawai’s quieter pace, you might not want to.

The practical stuff is solid too – parking‘s not a nightmare like it can be closer to Patong, the WiFi actually works consistently, and the whole building feels well-maintained without being sterile. I did notice the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs just in case, but it wasn’t a major issue when I stayed. The rating of 9.0 makes sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does offer (space, location, that authentic local feel) it does really well. Plus, you’re getting way more bang for your buck than you would staying right on the main tourist strips.
