  Not large, but cozy apartment, well equipped, has everything you need for cooking and living. Comfortable and beautiful bathroom, strong water pressure. apartment on the 3rd floor, windows overlook the quiet side with parking lots, by the way there are plenty of parking spaces. On the other side of the building there is a large swimming pool with a children's slide. The condo area consists of many buildings that face the embankment. Walk to the beach 5 minutes, there is a cafe and a large 7-11 nearby. The Rawai beach itself is more intended for fishermen than for beach holidays, so I would recommend taking a car or scooter and driving to other beaches nearby. On the northern side of Rawai beach there is a good fish market and a settlement of sea gypsies. I was also pleased with the price of the apartment and the service. Mostly Russians, young couples and families with children lived in our building. Overall, this was the best accommodation in Phuket that we have visited. Thank you!

  Really loved the proximity to the beach and the cleanliness of the place. The shower was sensational!! Incredible water pressure. Also the neighbours were very quiet / we barely heard other people around. Washing machine was an excellent addition and the place had all the pans and utensils we could've needed. The balcony overlooked a stream where we'd sometimes see cute lizards swimming in! The bed was so comfy too.
