What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep each unit feeling personal – none of that sterile, identical room vibe you get at chain places.

Gregory and his team have this thing figured out where they’re around when you need them but not hovering, which is tricky to pull off. Check-in was smooth (they actually remembered I was coming in late and left everything I needed), and when I had a minor issue with the wifi password, someone sorted it out within like ten minutes. The whole operation feels more like staying at a really well-run boutique property than a typical condo rental. Honestly, the 9.0 rating doesn’t surprise me at all – I’ve stayed at places with higher star ratings that felt way less put-together than this. The attention to small details is what gets you – good coffee in the kitchen, decent towels that don’t feel like sandpaper, shower pressure that actually works. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself thinking “okay, I could definitely stay here again” instead of just counting down checkout time.

  Beautifully appointed condo on the second floor of a lovely complex. Quiet location yet only a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, shops and restaurants. Pools, gym and sauna on site.
  
  The bathroom was AMAZING and the bed very comfy. Good strong WiFi and Netflix available on the big screen tele.

  Очень крутой и чистый бассейн, берите очки для плавания приятно купаться! Чистая территория квартиры и общественных мест. Бесплатная парковка, если возьмете скутер. 7 минут на мопеде до пляжа Януи или 30 минут пешком. Приятно тихо, кондо расположен вдали от дороги нет шума. Приятные хозяева Спасибо им!

  المكان نظيف وجميل , والاثاث والشقه فخمه جداً. غرفة نوم وصالة جلوس ومطبخ ومغسلة فيها كل ما تحتاجه , ودورة مياه نظيفه جداً ، استمتعت بالإقامه. مكان يصلح للعوائل , اللي يحب الاستجمام يجي هنا بوسط الطبيعة ،فيه سوبر ماركت قريب وصرافة سحب نقود ATM.
  انصح فيه بشده للإستجمام، سكنت فيه انا وزوجتي وطفلين
  
  فيه مقهى قريب له انصحكم تروحون له اسمه Summore Day لا يفوتكم. اطلاله ساحره والكافي لذيذ
