The moment you walk into this place, it’s clear they’ve figured out what actually matters – and that’s the beachfront location in Rawai. I mean, you’re literally steps from the sand, which in this area is saying something since a lot of places claim “beachfront” when they’re really a five-minute walk away. The condotel setup works really well here too, honestly. You get that apartment-style living with hotel services, which is perfect if you’re staying more than just a couple nights. The kitchenettes are actually functional (not just for show like some places), and I found myself using mine way more than expected – especially since the local markets in Rawai have such incredible fresh seafood and produce.

What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to create something that feels both relaxed and well-maintained without being stuffy. The staff genuinely seems to care about what you’re up to, not in an intrusive way, but more like they want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your stay. They know the area inside and out – I got some fantastic restaurant recommendations that I never would have found otherwise. The beach access is probably the real star here though. Rawai Beach isn’t your typical tourist strip, which I actually love. It’s got this working fishing village vibe during the day, and the sunsets… well, let’s just say you’ll understand why people keep coming back to this part of the island. The water’s calmer than some of the western beaches, making it perfect if you want to actually swim rather than just battle waves. Plus, you’re close enough to catch longtail boats to the nearby islands without dealing with the crowds at Chalong Pier. Parking was surprisingly easy too – something worth mentioning since that can be a real headache elsewhere. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, nothing groundbreaking but they’ve got everything you need, and honestly, when you’re spending most of your time either on the beach or exploring the area, that’s exactly what you want.

  Good location, well secured felt very safe. Lots of good places to eat nearby and easy parking. Hosts very nice and easily contacted. Wifi available and choice of pools. The washer provided is very good. We didn't really bother cooking but the facility's are there. Fridge is a good size to keep drinks etc. There are security guards at property entrances which is nice, you also cannot gain entry without a key card. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
