Chalong is honestly one of my favorite areas in Phuket, and this place puts you right in the sweet spot. You’re close enough to the famous Chalong Pier (maybe a 10-minute drive) where all the boat tours to the islands depart, but far enough from the main road chaos to actually relax. The parking situation is clutch here — you know how tricky that can be in Thailand. I found myself using the car quite a bit to explore the southern beaches, and having that guaranteed spot waiting for you is such a relief.

The portions are generous, and they’re pretty accommodating if you want to adjust the spice levels. I spent quite a few evenings just dining by the pool area — there’s something about eating pad thai while watching the sun set over the water that never gets old.

Look, this isn’t going to be the flashiest resort you’ll find in Phuket, but that’s sort of the point. It’s got that relaxed, unpretentious vibe that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy your vacation.   Great layout of the bungalow, parking right in front. Pool was clean, maintenance of technical facilities was good. Several excellent Thai restaurants within walking distance very near. Room was cleaned and beds were made every day, bed sheets exchanged every 2 days. Beds were very comfortable.

  The hotel was in a really good location between Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, the main attractions. We also had a Convenient store 60m from where we were. The room was quite nice and spacious with a big balcony. The beds were also quite comfy. The pool was really nice as well.
