What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s designed. Each pool villa feels like your own private sanctuary, and I’m talking about villas with actual space to breathe. The pools aren’t those tiny plunge pools you sometimes get; they’re proper swimming pools where you can actually do laps if you’re into that sort of thing. The outdoor shower situation is next level too – there’s something oddly liberating about showering under the stars after a long day exploring Phuket. The staff here really knows their stuff without being overly formal about it. They’ll remember your name after day one (which honestly surprised me), and they have this knack for showing up with fresh towels or a cold drink right when you need it most.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the island without being stuck in the chaos of Patong or Bang Tao. I actually preferred this – you get that secluded resort feeling, but a quick tuk-tuk ride gets you to some incredible local spots that most tourists never find. The resort’s restaurant is solid too, though I’d definitely recommend venturing out for at least a few meals. There’s this little seafood place about ten minutes away that the concierge recommended – absolute gem. Now, if I’m being completely honest, the pricing reflects that five-star rating, so it’s definitely an investment. But considering the level of service, the villa quality, and just how rejuvenated I felt after staying here, I’d say it’s worth it for a special occasion or when you really need to disconnect. The only minor thing I’d mention is that WiFi in some villas can be a bit spotty, but honestly? That might be a blessing in disguise.

  Room was nice and clean but beds were hard. Nice balcony and pool area with a swim up bar. Golf cart service that does take you up or down the steep winding road to the hotel lobby.

  Everything about this resort was excellent. The room sizes, the staff, the food varieties, the location. The best thing about the room were the cotton silk bed sheets. It was like sleeping on clouds. I would definitely come back to this resort.

  Attractive hotel with large rooms. They provide shuttle to Patong and also hotel bugge takes you up/down the hill.

  This hotel is lovely. We had a pool access room which was fun and the room itself was clean and they provide you plenty of complimentary toiletries and an entire free mini bar. The hotel is located up a steep hill but a buggy service is available to bring you up and down at any time of the day or night. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
  
  What truly makes this place special is the staff. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile and a hello, good morning etc. They are attentive to your needs and we felt very well looked after.

  We enjoyed the location, and appreciated the "buggy" service up and down the driveway, and the shuttle bus to the beach and the Jungceylon shopping centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, and especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed pineapple juice and freshly cooked omelettes. Our room had a large balcony with a view of Patong, wonderful sunset views. The swimming pool was large and also had great views. The room was large and comfortable.
