What I really appreciated was how the place felt more like staying in someone’s actual apartment than a typical hotel room. The unit has this lived-in quality that’s oddly comforting – the kitchen actually has proper cooking supplies (not just a sad coffee maker and plastic cups), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The balcony became my morning coffee spot pretty much immediately, and honestly, that view makes you forget about any minor quirks the place might have. I mean, the bathroom could use a small update and the WiFi gets a bit sluggish during peak hours, but these are the kind of trade-offs that don’t really matter when you’re paying reasonable rates for a place that feels authentic.

The location is where this place really shines, though they don’t make a big deal about it. You’re close enough to the main action that you can walk to decent restaurants and local spots, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with constant noise from tour groups or late-night partying. I noticed a lot of return guests during my stay – always a good sign – and the front desk staff seemed to know most of them by name. There’s something to be said for a place that doesn’t try too hard but consistently delivers what people actually want. The whole experience reminded me why sometimes the best travel discoveries are the ones that don’t show up in glossy brochures.   Wonderful apartment in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the beach, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, induction cooker, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi. Secure parking, excellent view of the jungle from the room. The owner of the apartment is constantly in touch, promptly answers all questions. We will definitely come back here next year!

  The condo is a 1 min walk from the beach and a few minutes walk to the resort center.

  Замечательное тихое место, всё чисто и аккуратно. В номере было всё необходимое для отдыха. Шикарное место, комфортное пребывание. Обязательно вернусь сново!

  Отличная квартира за хорошую цену. Хорошее расположение, до пляжа 2 минуты пешком. Надо учитывать что этому кондо более 10 лет, были недочёты, но хозяйка на связи, быстро все решалось. Хорошая двуспальная кровать. Диван конечно уже продавлен, но спать можно. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Кастрюли и сковорода требует замены. На территории отличное кафе с хорошими ценам и вкусной тайской и русской кухней( русскую не пробовали). Спасибо Изабелла!

  Очень приятное место, уютное, чистое, тихое. На въезде круглосуточная охрана, на ресепшене дружелюбные женщины, готовые помочь и ответить на любой вопрос. Хозяйка тоже очень дружелюбная, общительная, всегда на связи. Комната очень удобная и оборудована всем необходимым – и даже сверх того. Есть даже зонтики, циновки, фумигаторы, фонарик на случай, если вам захочется ночью прогуляться по пляжу🙂 Никаких проблем с вайфаем. У меня заняло некоторое время, чтобы понять, как пользоваться индукционной плитой и включать горячую воду в душе, поэтому советую, не откладывая, спрашивать обо всём хозяйку и уделить пару минут, чтобы посмотреть в интернете принцип работы индукционной плиты, если, как и мне, вам не приходилось иметь с ней дело. Мне, в результате, так понравилось, что теперь и дома себе хочу такую)
  С балкона красивый вид на болотце с цаплями и холмы с джунглями. Дорога, хоть и близко, не слышна совсем – слышны только птицы и цикады. Комаров не было вообще, хотя на других пляжах знакомые жаловались. Пляж в 2 минутах ходьбы и именно эта, южная, часть пляжа самая тихая и малолюдная. Вдоль дороги, отделяющей пляж от Condo, полно кафешек и ресторанчиков на любой вкус, ближайшие (0,5-1 мин ходьбы) – очень вкусный рыбный ресторанчик с хорошими ценами и русская кафешка ( в которой я видела только тайцев🙂). Воду можно покупать в маленьком магазинчике ( 1 минута ходьбы) или на ресепшене в кондоминиуме. По поводу экскурсий тоже можно обращаться к хозяйке – она всё организует в лучшем виде, даст всю информацию, быстро, чётко и по хорошей цене. В общем, у меня остались самые хорошие впечатления и желание приехать ещё.

  Приветливая хозяйка. Расположение удобное – пляж рядом, четвертый этаж – не беспокоят комары и прочие насекомые. Вид из номера наверное лучший в данном здании ( вид на болотце с птицами вроде цапель , зелеными деревьями, нам понравилось.

  Уютная комната, есть всё необходимое. Три минуты пешком до хорошего пляжа. Спокойный район. Достаточно далеко от города, но всегда можно взять байк в прокат. Отличный вид из окна на лес.
