  We stayed here last year and enjoyed our time so thought we would book it again.
  
  The Room: We got the Junior Suite as last year and it really was worth the extra money. The bedroom and bathroom were large in their own right but then a massive room added with sofa and huge TV, a dining table and a kitchen area. Very relaxing and can highly recommend.
  
  The Pool: Everyone who came up to the rooftop infinity pool were amazed at the view over Patong bay. The sun beds had been replaced from last year and were a great addition. I expect the umbrellas will be the next to change as almost all of them had broken spokes.

  The room was spacious, with a 2-floor top floor with a partial sea view. It featured a hot tub on the balcony, and although it was used only once, it's a nice add-on. The breakfast menu selection and variety were excellent, with plenty of food, from standard breakfast items to Indian and Thai meal choices. The staff is courteous and helpful, available to cater to every need. Cleaning and restocking items like coffee and water were offered daily, which was good because you didn't need to buy water outside. The resort is situated in the north of Patong Beach, a quieter area outside the busy nightlife and daily hustle, with plenty of dining options in the surrounding hotels and vendors. It was close enough to the busy party area to get there on foot.

  The Charm resort met our expectations. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of the main parts of Patong. The rooms were spacious and any issues were quickly resolved. Having access to a pool that was only shared between 6 units was a bonus. The reception was very accomodating and helpful after our check out and wait for a transfer to the airport in the early evening providing us towels for he pool and access to showers, etc.
