The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms have that perfect water pressure you don’t realize you’re hoping for until you step into the shower. What really impressed me was the attention to soundproofing – you’re not hearing every conversation in the hallway or doors slamming at all hours.

Here’s what I think sets this place apart: it feels like they’ve figured out how to be professional without being stuffy. The common areas have this lived-in quality where you actually want to hang out rather than just pass through. I spent more time than expected just reading in their lounge area because the atmosphere was that comfortable. The location works really well too – you’re close enough to everything you need but tucked away from the main tourist chaos. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which anyone who’s traveled knows can make or break a stay. Look, it’s not perfect – the elevators are a bit slow during busy times, and the WiFi occasionally hiccups – but those are minor things. With an 8.2 rating, you’re getting solid value here. This is the kind of place I’d actually recommend to friends, which says something because I’m usually pretty cautious about that sort of thing.

  Such a pleasant stay, the food was excellent, the services were great and fast, the pool and the view were brsathtaking, and the room was clean and so nicely designed! Also the staff was AMAZING!

  The breakfast at the hotel was most disappointing we have encountered in our 1 month stay travelling round Thailand. Each morning we always look forward to breakfast but on a few mornings we were deciding weather or not to go down. We have stayed in 3 star Hotels, b & b by the sea & the breakfasts were amazing. It definitely needs improving with a much bigger choice. Coffe avsilable but i had to pay for my tea !!! There was also an unpleasant odoiur in our our room. We were out most of the day but when you came back, you could smell something.? The pool was amazing & the views. It was the best part. Would I stay here again or recommend . No. Not for the price we paid!!!'

  The hotel building is beautiful, modern stylish design, everything is brand new. The room was also very comfy and clean. During the time we stayed there the construction was still unfinished, hence we could not enjoy all the facilities like pool and the gym yet, but they looked promising.
