I mean, when you first hear “three-star” in Patong, you’re probably bracing yourself for something pretty basic, but this place actually surprised me in the best way possible.

The whole setup feels more like staying in a friend’s really nice apartment than a typical hotel room. The condotel concept works brilliantly here – you get that home-away-from-home vibe with proper kitchen facilities and living spaces that don’t feel cramped. I spent a good chunk of my mornings just hanging out on the balcony with coffee, watching Patong wake up below. The rooms are genuinely spacious, which is such a relief after staying in some of those shoebox hotels that seem to dominate the beachfront area. And honestly, the 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s that sweet spot where everything just works without any fuss.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to stay slightly removed from the absolute chaos of Bangla Road (trust me, your ears will thank you for this) while still being close enough that you can stumble back after a night out without paying crazy tuk-tuk prices. The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re dealing with the sensory overload that is Patong Beach. The pool area becomes this little oasis during the afternoon heat – nothing fancy, but clean and refreshing when you need to escape the sun. I found myself using the kitchen way more than expected too; there’s something satisfying about grabbing fresh fruit from the local market and not having to eat every single meal at a restaurant. The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building (not always a given in this part of Thailand), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, which honestly puts it ahead of plenty of more expensive places I’ve stayed at along this strip.

  Je to priestranný 2-izbový apartmán s balkónom. Bol mi umožnený skorší check-in a potom neskorší check-out. Pani, ktorá mala apartmán na starosti bola veľmi ochotná a prívetivá.
