The lobby has this modern minimalist thing going on that could feel sterile, but somehow doesn’t – maybe it’s the way the natural light floods in, or how the staff genuinely seems to remember your name after day one.

What really sold me on this four-star spot was the attention to details that most hotels completely overlook. The shower pressure is actually fantastic (and if you’ve traveled around Thailand, you know that’s not always a given), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and – this might sound weird – but the towels stay fluffy even after the housekeeping staff has washed them a million times. The pool area gets busy around 2 PM when families with kids show up, but mornings and early evenings are perfect for actually swimming laps or just floating around with a book. I mean, the deck chairs are comfortable enough that I accidentally napped there more than once, which says something about how relaxed this place makes you feel.

The location works really well if you want to explore beyond the typical beach club scene. You’re close enough to decent restaurants that locals actually eat at – there’s this little seafood place about a ten-minute walk away that doesn’t even have an English menu, but the tom yum is incredible. The hotel’s own restaurant is solid too, though I’d skip breakfast there and grab something from the street vendors nearby instead (way cheaper and honestly more interesting). Staff wise, they hit that sweet spot of being helpful without hovering, and the front desk folks actually know the area well enough to give you directions that make sense. Sure, it’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, and the WiFi can get a bit spotty during peak hours, but for the price point and the overall vibe, The Arch really delivers on being a comfortable base for exploring Phuket without all the tourist trap nonsense.

  Хороший отель, но я бы не брала завтраки, тк для меня они показались не очень вкусными и сытными. Даже кофе на завтрак нет. А так все прекрасно, все соответствует фото. Номера прикольные, персонал супер. Но ни каких развлечений нет, больше чем на пару дней я бы там не осталась. Рекомендую!
