You know what surprised me most about Thai Siam? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not – and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work. This three-star spot has this wonderfully unpretentious vibe that I found really refreshing after staying at some of those overly polished chain hotels that all feel the same.

The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this authentic Thai warmth that hits you – not the manufactured kind, but genuine hospitality from staff who actually seem to care about your stay. I mean, the décor isn’t going to win any design awards, but it’s tastefully done with traditional Thai touches that feel intentional rather than touristy. The wooden accents and subtle temple-inspired artwork create this calm atmosphere that sort of sets the tone for your entire visit. What really impressed me was how clean everything was – you can tell they take pride in maintaining the place properly, which isn’t always a given at this price point.

The rooms are comfortable in that solid, reliable way where everything just works. Sure, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or 400-thread-count sheets, but the beds are surprisingly good (I’m picky about mattresses), the air conditioning actually keeps things cool, and the bathrooms are spotless with decent water pressure. I stayed on the third floor and barely heard any street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout my stay too – important when you’re trying to upload photos or catch up on work. What I loved most was finding little Thai touches in the room design, like the beautiful silk throw pillows and this gorgeous traditional lamp that cast the most relaxing light in the evenings. The staff clearly understands that it’s these small details that make a place memorable, not fancy amenities you’ll never use. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations – not the usual tourist traps either, but places where locals actually eat. For the price point, Thai Siam delivers exactly what you’d hope for: a clean, comfortable base with character and heart that lets you focus on exploring rather than worrying about where you’re staying.

  Everything clean, daily cleaning service with new towels..no smells in room, bed was confortable, location was quite..
  All was working in room, AC, shower, fridge, safe..
  There was a small, clean pool on roof, but as the see was not far, I didnt use much..
  Staff was always smiling and very kind, helpful.
  Location was great..ca 10minutes walk from beach, near was great market with food, laundry service…

  I believe they were fully booked but it was still quiet and peaceful. Spacious for the price and enjoyable rooftop pool. I've been here before and the bed is firm which was a challenge but this time I found it super comfy. Overall, quiet area (if that exists in patong!) And great location for food, action and all the other stuff.

  The best thing is that its close to Patong beach. 10 mins walk and 3-5 mins to on car
  Also its nearby the food street where there are so many halal options available
  The hotel also offers bike rent so you can easily rent a bike

  I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket, and my experience (by the way, I am quite experienced and a frequent traveller) was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it's just a short walk to the vibrant street food night market and the beautiful Patong Beach, with convenient access to pharmacies and small food stores nearby.
  
  The hotel staff were extremely attentive and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and perfectly cleaned daily, making me feel right at home.
  
  One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking emotions that made for a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
  
  Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Thailand—it's truly a hidden gem!

  Very helpfull Staff, good location near Market and many of Restaurants all around. The hotel is not so far to the Patong Beach (10 min. walking).
