The staff at reception were genuinely helpful – not just polite, but actually knowledgeable about the area. When I asked about getting to the night market, they gave me specific directions and mentioned which tuk-tuk drivers to look for, which saved me from the usual tourist pricing dance. Location-wise, you’re close enough to the main action without being right in the thick of the evening crowds and motorbike noise. I could walk to most of the places I wanted to visit, but when I needed some quiet time, the hotel felt like a proper retreat. The neighborhood has that authentic local feel during the day – you’ll see families going about their business, small food stalls that locals actually eat at, and none of that overly touristy atmosphere that can get exhausting.

Sure, it’s not luxury by any stretch – the lobby is compact, and don’t expect a spa or fancy restaurant on-site. But that 7.1 rating makes perfect sense when you consider what you’re actually getting for the price. It’s the kind of place where everything works as it should, the value is solid, and you leave feeling like you made a smart choice rather than just an economical one.

  I liked the arrangement of the apartments, everything is very comfortable and quite clean. Beautiful view from the window. The furniture is dilapidated in places due to dampness, but it's not critical. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Wi-fi is stable.

  The location was convenient for a planned meet up I had with friends or it generally wouldn't be an area which is our first choice. Very touristic, busy etc. You are within a 10 min walk to 7/11 and restaurants etc. The rooftop pool is a lovely size.

  Loved the pool and the roof top eating area. Beautiful views. Room was comfy enough for shower and sleep at the end of long days exploring Phuket.

  the pool was so stunning and you could see the sea! They also had an amazing gym with loads of weights and everything you could need. These facilities were the biggest plus for me.
  it was also close to the beach which was nice. The apartment was a cute little size.
