  Great location close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. Villa itself was spacious, clean, lots of light and comfort. Staff was excellent-always ready to help, everyday cleaning and in touch. We loved our stay there and totally recommend for a bigger group whether it is family or friends!

  The staff was amazing. Providing everything you need with a call. Went out of his way so many times just to help us in our little requests. Did not get his name but he was a gem! Working his hardest to help us no matter how big or small the request. In terms of location, i would say it is the most accessible villa compared to all the other villas available at Patong. The airport pick up and send off was well arranged. The rooms and beds were top notch and service alike, could not have gotten a better stay.

  it’s a big property and we’ll maintained to cater to different needs— group of friends to families. it has pool, washing machine, comfortable air conditioning. while the cleaning staff had trouble speaking in English, he was very helpful and accommodating to take care of different things. villa is located in a nicely looking safe place— we often used to forget locking the main door, but there wasn’t any problem because of that.
