This three-star place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The panoramic part of the name definitely delivers, and I mean that view alone is worth the stay. From most rooms, you’re looking out at this incredible sweep of landscape that changes completely depending on the time of day – golden hour here is something else entirely.

What really won me over though was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about making your stay work. I remember checking in after a particularly long travel day (you know how it is), and instead of the usual robotic hotel greeting, the front desk person actually asked about my flight and offered practical advice about the best times to grab breakfast before the morning rush. Speaking of breakfast – it’s not fancy, but it’s fresh and they do this local fruit selection that changes seasonally. The SHA certification means they’re following enhanced health protocols, which honestly gave me some peace of mind without feeling overly clinical about it.

The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, though I’d say they lean more toward functional than luxurious – which is exactly what you’d expect from a solid three-star property. The beds are surprisingly good quality, and the air conditioning actually works properly (always a gamble, right?). I stayed during what turned out to be a busier week, but the soundproofing was decent enough that I wasn’t hearing every conversation in the hallway. One small thing that stuck with me – they have these thoughtful touches like good lighting near the mirror and enough outlets where you actually need them. It sounds minor, but after staying in places where you’re practically doing yoga to charge your phone, you notice these details. The whole place has this relaxed, unpretentious vibe that makes it easy to just settle in and enjoy wherever you are. With an 8.6 rating from other guests, I’m clearly not the only one who found it to be exactly what a good hotel should be – comfortable, reliable, and run by people who actually seem to like what they’re doing.

  Beautiful hotel that looks like a huge villa.. We stayed for eight days, four families. Nice size swimming pool, overlooking the city since located on the hill. Owner is great, she can help with anything, make breakfast or special meal, any types of requests. Beach is very nice in patong, compared to other beaches we have seen in Thailand, simply gorgeous.

  Breakfast was great. Mol was an amazing host and made sure my stay was welcoming and comfortable. My room was clean and air conditioning worked. Location was good as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the main areas of Patong however not too far away by foot or taxi.

  Large comfortable apartment everything was prestinely clean. Bed was a little too firm for us. Staff fabulous and extremely helpful. Lovely space around the pool. Ideal location for the beach, market and fabulous restaurants, self service or drop off laundary, massage parlours. There are quite a few steps to negotiate but didn't bother us. Cleaning was completed daily.
