I mean, you’re not getting marble everything, but the beds are actually good (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms feel properly updated. What I really appreciated was the attention to small details – decent water pressure, outlets where you need them, and blackout curtains that actually block light. The kind of stuff that matters when you’re trying to sleep off jet lag or get ready for an early meeting. Honestly, I’ve stayed at flashier places that got these basics wrong. One thing worth mentioning though – if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to request a room away from the main road. It’s not terrible, but there’s definitely some street noise during busier hours.

Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually functioned throughout the building, and when I had a question about nearby restaurants, the front desk person gave me real recommendations – not just the tourist traps. They pointed me toward this little local spot about two blocks away that I never would have found otherwise. That’s the kind of local knowledge that makes a difference when you’re trying to get a feel for a neighborhood. The whole experience felt refreshingly straightforward – no hidden fees, no overselling amenities they don’t actually have, just solid hospitality done well.

  The villa is in a strategic location. It is very convenient to use a motorcycle to go to the nearest 711, Sulin Beach and Bangtao Beach.

  Awesome quiet spot close to the main town with easy access to the beach as well. The owner was so nice and if we had any problems, he came to fix them instantly. Super nice pool and patio area to chill and hang out with all your mates

  Location was amazing to me. Friendly staff that you can ask anything. Love to be surrounded by local people and the Muay Thai gym. Loved the bungalow.
