  Great Service, great gym & food – breakfast is very delicious. The Onsen (spa) is the best so far. Also Ice bath and Cryotherapy were awesome.

  Everything! Pools with beds were always available. Room, balcony, food… Great room service and pool service available. Beds super comfy. Very clean throughout. Restaurants all delicious

  The gym was FANTASTIC. Cardio or weights, whatever you're into – you can do it. Yoga amongst other classes is offered.
  
  The pools and staff were great, very friendly.
  
  I used the Physio and other services – really good. Also tried the Cryotherapy for the first time – freezing!! But felt great after.
  
  Location – in an area called Rawai – about 30 minutes from Phuket Old Town. Was great being that little bit out. The hotel provides a shuttle to two areas – we use it to go to Rawai Beach. Here you will find fresh seafood – you choose it and they cook it!! Sooo good.
  
  Able to walk from the resort to a mini mart only 10 minutes away. Could also walk a lap or two around the area for cardio instead of the treadmill. Was great being where all the locals live.

  The room was very comfortable. There were so many options of pools to swim in! The food was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us and make sure our stay was wonderful. The resort was lovely but we were really amazed at the kindness and dedication the staff showed us. The staff is what stood out to us about this resort. We are so grateful to them.

  A beautiful resort, especially for those who enjoy fitness and healthy eating. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but is worth it for the quality. The buffet breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed hanging out in the pool area. The room is clean and spacious, we had a nice view of the pool.
