The infinity pools at each villa create this crazy optical illusion where the water seems to spill directly into the ocean below. Honestly, I spent way too much time just staring at that horizon line trying to figure out where the pool ended and the sea began.

What really sets this place apart – and why it’s earning those 9.0 ratings – is how they’ve managed to make luxury feel completely unpretentious. The villas are these gorgeous teak and glass structures that somehow feel both ultra-modern and respectfully Thai at the same time. Each one is basically its own private compound with that infinity pool I mentioned, plus these massive outdoor terraces where you’ll probably end up spending most of your time. The staff has this wonderful way of being incredibly attentive without hovering, which is actually harder to pull off than you’d think. They seem to materialize exactly when you need something, then fade away when you want privacy.

The location on Cape Panwa is brilliant because you’re away from the chaos of Patong and Kata – no tuk-tuk horns blaring at 2 AM – but you’re not completely isolated either. The resort runs boats to nearby beaches, and there’s something almost magical about approaching those limestone karsts from the water rather than fighting through traffic to get there. I’ll be honest though, you’re paying for this level of seclusion and service, so it’s definitely more of a special occasion place than a casual beach weekend. But if you’re looking for that once-in-a-lifetime kind of stay where every detail has been thought through – from the outdoor rain showers to the way they time the evening cocktail service just as the sun starts to set – this is exactly what you want. The kind of place where you’ll find yourself taking photos of your breakfast just because everything looks too perfect to be real.

  The room was very clean and tidy also the staff were very helpful 24/7. The food was delicious I have been eaten dinner from the hotel restaurant every night and I recommend Pizza and burger for dinner. Finally I am strongly believe I will come to stay in Sri Panwa again, really thank you Sri Panwa hotel for everything

  Great location with spectacular sea view right from your room. Staffs ranging from servers/drivers/receptionists etc were very friendly and attentive. We forgot the keycard in the room locked ourselves outside and within 5 min after we called front desk the staff arrived. Clean and well maintained room. Various food options for breakfast. Chicken curry tastes really good.
