I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Spacious Family 5BR Villa Nikkie 3, Big Garden & Pool, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a three-star villa rental. But you know what? Sometimes the places that don’t try too hard end up surprising you in the best ways. This isn’t some glossy resort where everything’s perfectly manicured, and that’s actually part of its charm. The moment you walk through the front door, you get this immediate sense of space that most vacation rentals just can’t deliver – I mean, five bedrooms is no joke, and they’ve actually managed to make each one feel like it has its own personality rather than that cookie-cutter hotel room vibe.

The real star here, though, is definitely that garden and pool area. I spent most of my mornings out there with coffee, and honestly, it felt more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental property. The pool isn’t Olympic-sized or anything fancy, but it’s perfect for families – deep enough that adults can actually swim laps if they want, but with a shallow end where kids can splash around safely. The garden itself is this wonderfully overgrown mix of local plants and fruit trees, and I actually found myself picking fresh mangoes for breakfast (the caretaker said it was totally fine, by the way). There’s something really satisfying about that level of authenticity that you just don’t get at those sterile all-inclusive places.

Now, I should mention that this place definitely feels lived-in rather than show-ready – the furniture has that comfortable, slightly worn quality that means you don’t have to worry about the kids putting their feet up on the couch. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped for a vacation rental; I mean, I’ve stayed in places where you can barely find a decent knife, but here they’ve got everything you need to cook proper meals. The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty in some of the bedrooms (totally fine in the common areas though), and the hot water takes a minute or two to kick in, but honestly, these are minor things when you’re getting this much space and character for the price. The location works really well if you’re planning to rent a car and explore – it’s residential enough that you feel like you’re getting a taste of local life, but still easy to get to beaches and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this place to families who want room to spread out and don’t mind trading a bit of hotel polish for genuine charm and value.

  The Villa is stunning, all of the rooms are a good size. The pool is lovely and bigger than expected. The area is quiet with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.

  Lovely villa ,comfy beds & clean . Close to local restaurants ( Ottos next door were great ) & a quiet beach.Pool lovely – large & clean & mainly private (apart from the occasional person in the restaurant next door – we had this once during our stay)looking over vegetation .Very helpful team who helped us with trips and car hire dirext from the villa. Midweek clean & change of bedding was good.Would recommend but take note of the recommendations- not an issue as such but bear in mind

  Всё работало( кроме телевизоров)посуды было много, чисто, вода в душе шла хорошо! Вилла расположена вдалеке от кафе, пляжей, нужна машина или байк, мы брали в аренду машины, иногда пользовались услугами такси. Бассейн чистый, каждые три дня приходили сотрудники мыли и чистили.
