I actually found myself taking photos of the living areas just because the design details were so thoughtfully done. The kitchen setup is proper too, not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker. You can actually cook here if you want, though with that 9.9 rating they’ve got going, I’m guessing most people are pretty happy just settling into the space and ordering in. The bed situation is spot-on – king-sized and positioned so you wake up looking out those massive windows, which beats staring at a generic hotel painting any day.

What really sells this place though is how it manages to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time, if that makes sense. The botanical elements – living walls, carefully chosen plants, natural textures – create this calming vibe that actually helps you unwind rather than just looking pretty for Instagram (though it definitely doesn’t hurt there either). The sound insulation is excellent too, which matters more than you’d think in a loft-style space where you might worry about echoing or street noise. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff clearly knows what they’re doing – that 9.9 rating doesn’t happen by accident. I’d definitely recommend this if you’re looking for somewhere that feels special without being pretentious about it, especially if you appreciate good design and want more space to spread out than your average hotel room offers.

  We had a beautiful stay in the Bontanica villa. We stayed in Thailand for 5 weeks and this was definitely the best villa we stayed in. It was spacious and had a really comfortable cosy feel. Dima met us at the property and checked us in who was very friendly and accommodating. We have a baby and required a cot and high chair and both were provided at no extra cost. It felt very luxury, very comfortable and air con was very good!

  The Villa manager Dima was very helpful and always ready to help. We had a wonderful family vacation. The pool, the bedrooms and amenities were absolutely first class! Obviously, this is designed for self cooking purposes.

  Начнем с того, что сама вилла абсолютно новая! В данном коттеджном поселке на улице по соседству все еще остались недостроенные виллы. Данной вилле всего несколько месяцев. Внутри есть абсолютно всё, что только можно пожелать для комфортного отдыха или жизни! Мебель и техника наилучшего качества.
  Отдельного внимания достойна мангальная зона и бассейн.
  
  В особенности хотим поблагодарить нашего менеджера Дмитрия, который радушно принял нас и показал все необходимое. Был на связи практически в любой время суток и даже привез нам вентилятор в 10 часов вечера! В общем ему отдельный респект
