This little gem sits tucked away from the main tourist chaos, and after spending a few days there, I actually found myself appreciating that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not.

The rooms are clean and comfortable – nothing fancy, but everything works properly (which, let me tell you, isn’t always a given in Phuket). The air conditioning actually keeps things cool, the hot water is reliable, and the beds are surprisingly decent for this price range. I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or designer furniture, but the space feels fresh and well-maintained. The staff genuinely seem to care about making your stay pleasant, which goes a long way. They helped me sort out a scooter rental without any hassle, and the front desk always had solid recommendations for local spots that weren’t just tourist traps.

What really won me over was the location – it’s close enough to get to the beaches and main attractions without being stuck in the middle of all that noise and congestion. You can actually sleep at night without drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. The pool area is nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and perfect for cooling off during those brutal afternoon hours. Honestly, the whole vibe is just… relaxed. No pretentious atmosphere, no overpriced everything, just a solid place to rest your head while you explore the island. The breakfast is basic but fresh, and there’s a decent little restaurant next door if you don’t feel like venturing far. For the money, especially considering that 8.8 rating from other travelers, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s one of those places that does the fundamentals right without any unnecessary fuss.

  The location is amazing! Paradise beach just in front of you, with water sports like kayak, for free included! Room super comfortable, it has all you need. The hosts Ivan and Mike, are extremely kind! Very nice people and taking care of your stay at every minute! Excelent service, specially the people who brings your breakfast to your room every morning! So sweet!

  Getting to the property was down a large number of steep steps but this was made much easier by the manager who carried our two heavy suitcases. Thanks Ivan. The accommodation was absolute beachfront with a well appointed kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed, fans and an air conditioner in the bedroom.

  It was really likecwaking up in paradise – beatiful views and 10 steps from the sea, located on one of the best Phuket beaches. Also, our beach front villa was fully equipped and had 3 large and 1 small bedrooms and a lovely pation with a view. The villa's manager was very helpful and friendly.
  Definitely recommend the stay.

  I loved everything, home away from home. Quiet and relaxing, fall asleep to the sounds of the rain.

  This place was exactly what we were looking for, everything was great. the view is everything. If you’re like us who just need a quiet friendly neighborhood this is it. Quiet but you can find everything, amazing restaurants, beautiful beach, friendliest locals…. the host welcome us really well even want to throw us a bbq dinner. We will definitely go back
