The staff – and I can’t stress this enough – actually seem to care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth, no weird deposit holds on my credit card, and they gave me genuine recommendations for local spots rather than just pointing me toward the tourist traps. The rooms themselves feel more like upscale apartments than typical hotel spaces, which makes sense given the “home” concept in their name. There’s proper storage space (thank god, because most places here barely give you anywhere to put your stuff), and the bathroom setup is surprisingly well thought out – good water pressure, decent lighting for getting ready, those little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for more than a night or two.

Location-wise, you’re getting the best of both worlds in Patong. Close enough to walk to the beach without breaking a sweat, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the street noise and chaos at all hours. I actually slept really well here, which honestly surprised me given how light a sleeper I am and how crazy this area can get. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s one of those places that just gets the fundamentals right without trying to oversell itself with flashy amenities you’ll never use. The pool area is solid for a morning swim or afternoon lounging, and there’s enough space that it never felt crowded even when the hotel seemed pretty full. If you’re planning to spend serious time in Patong but want somewhere that feels like an actual retreat rather than just another beachside crash pad, this place delivers on that promise better than most properties twice the price.

  The location was great. Far from all the noise and crowds but close enough to all amenities and shops. The place was comfortable and beautifully designed for our stay during Christmas holidays.
